The 2 meet requirement for NVAL can be met with invitational OR dual meets sponsored by League member teams...so that means anything we have attended. I mistakenly used the word invitational.

We just had our last dual last night and thank you to the 52 swimmers (and parents) that made the trek to Corning! Corning was thrilled as we were their largest dual to date and have already sent dates for next year in June!

We are all going to be heading up to Quincy for the Plumas Rapids Open.  It is a great meet and the facility is nice with a lot of green grass out front for pop ups. They have a pancake breakfast in the mornings usually as well.
