Refund Policy
Full Refund: Will be issued when written notification of withdrawal and refund request is received before the first day of the season.
Partial Refund: partial refunds will be issue when written notification of withdrawal and refund request is received within the first two weeks of the season. Amount will be determined based on the registration fee minus the number of swim practices that have passed.
Partial Refund for Medical Reasons: partial refunds may be issued when written notification of withdrawal, due to a medical reason, and a refund request is received any time during the season. Amount will be determined based on the registration fee minus the number of swim practices that have passed but no more than 50% of the registration fee.
