Swim Connection Troubleshooting
Once you have created a login at ome.swimconnection.com you will need to add your swimmer(s). Click Add Swimmer at the top left.
If you have having trouble adding a swimmer it appears that swim connection may still be using the old system of USA Swim Card numbers instead of the new USA Swim Membership numbers. If your USA Swim Membership number is not working try to add a registration number in the following format example
Example Name and Birthdate: Molly S Eggers 5-25-2015
Example Registration ID based on old format: 052515MOLSEGGE
Then enter the remainder of your child's information.
