Dryland Training 2x/Week
Dolphin Pod,
Thank you, Dolphin Families! We had 14 wonderful and motivated kids attend the first day of Dryland training, so we are expanding the program to Monday and Wednesday, from 5:30-6:00pm. Sixty minutes of weekly training will allow us to more thoroughly improve full-body athleticism and enhance their approach to competitive sport.
Please remind your kids to bring shoes/socks and a carbohydrate supplement (Gatorade, a banana, etc.) on the longer practice days. Coach Zinnia and I are thankful to have the opportunity to watch your kids have fun, improve, and build confidence this fall! Let's Go Dolphin swimmers!
