Hello Dolphins Families,

We have another fun week ahead with Cereal Day, Minis graduation, two meets, and a favorite team tradition — the Intersquad Battle of the Coaches!

Quincy Recap
A quick shout-out to our Dolphins who made the trip to Quincy. It was a great weekend of racing, team dinner, talent show fun, hiking, cliff jumping, and time together. Huge thanks to our fearless leader Jamie for securing a great team area and helping keep the fun going all weekend.

This Week’s Practice Schedule

Masters

• Monday–Friday: 7:00–8:00 AM

Red Group

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00–9:30 AM
• Friday: Battle of the Coaches Dual instead of regular practice

White & Blue Groups

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: regular practice times
  • White: 9:30–10:30 AM
  • Blue: 10:30–11:00 AM
• Wednesday: White and Blue will both practice 9:30–10:00 AM, then Cereal Day fun will follow.
• Friday: Battle of the Coaches instead of regular practice

Mini Dolphins — Last Week!

• Monday & Tuesday: regular practice times
  • Group B: 10:00–10:30 AM
  • Group A: 10:30–11:00 AM
• Wednesday: last practice and graduation celebration for both groups, 9:30–10:00 AM

We will play some games, hand out Mini Meet ribbons, and celebrate how far these little swimmers have come. After graduation, all Mini Dolphins are invited to join Team Cereal Day.

Cereal Day — Wednesday
Wednesday is Cereal Day! Please have swimmers bring a box of their favorite cereal to share. The team will provide milk, bowls, and spoons.

Blue and White Groups will have a shortened practice from 9:30–10:00 AM, and then the cereal fun will begin. Red Group will keep their regular 8:00–9:30 AM practice time.

Thursday — Gridley Little Gator / 6 & Under Mini Meet
Location: Gridley Swimming Pool

• Warm-ups: 5:15 PM
• Races begin: 6:00 PM

This is a great meet for our Mini Dolphins because coaches and helpers are allowed in the water. The last chance to sign up is today.

Friday — Intersquad Battle of the Coaches Dual
Our favorite duo of the season is here! The Battle of the Coaches Dual will be held at our pool on Friday morning.

• Warm-ups: 8:00 AM
• Races begin: 8:30 AM

Hot Weather Reminder
This looks like another hot week, so please help swimmers stay hydrated. Bring water to practice and meets, and encourage swimmers to drink throughout the day.
