Greetings Mini Dolphinians!

We are SO excited to be hosting a fun day of swimming tomorrow with all our 8 & under swimmers, including minis in our 8 & Under Mini Meet! 

Check In Starts at 8:15am: right as you enter the pool in the front is the check in table. You will stop in there first to get your race cards for your 2 events. All minis are entered in the 25 free and 25 back and will be doing their best WITH the assist of a coach! Each card will have the event number, their heat (1 goes first, then heat 2, then 3) and the lane they are swimming in. Lane 1 is closest to the starter. Our starter is amazing and super patient and all coaches and helpers will be there to talk our swimmers through what they get to do each race.

Also at check, each swimmer will get to choose 1 special check in prize as a thank you for coming.

Warm Ups: the pool will open for warm ups at 8:15am but all minis will get in as a group at 8:30am. This helps get us 'warmed up' and mostly just mentally prepared and excited for the day!

Meet Starts at 9am with Event #1 the 25 Freestyle.

Since it is only 25s (1 lap) being swum and it is only Durham swimmers and a handful of Chico Aquajet swimmers our timeline is projected to be all finished by 10am.

Ribbons will be awarded for every lane and every heat - for mini dolphins we will collect them all and hand them out at our last practice to celebrate! 

No other mini dolphins practice this week!
