Hello Dolphin Families!

We hope you had a great weekend, and congratulations to all our swimmers who competed at the Gridley Gators Invitational and Lava Flow Invitational. The Durham Dolphins showed strong sportsmanship and determination, earning multiple High Point awards, personal bests, and delivering exciting races—we’re incredibly proud of how they competed and supported one another!

This Week’s Practice Schedule

We’ll be sticking with our regular afternoon practices this week:

• Red Group (Ages 13 & Over): 5:30–7:00 PM
• White Group (Ages 9–12): 5:30–6:30 PM
• Blue Group (Ages 5–8): 6:30–7:00 PM

Mini Dolphins

• Group B: 4:30-5:00 PM
• Group A: 5:00-5:30 PM

Paradise Dual Meet – Wednesday, July 1

Paradise Pool

• Warm-Ups: 5:30 PM
• Meet Starts: 6:00 PM

We’re looking forward to another fun meet! Please plan to arrive a little early so swimmers are ready to go for warm-ups. There are still timer and awards volunteer spots available, so please sign up if you’re able to help.

Morning Practice Begins Next Week

Starting next week, we’ll switch over to our summer morning schedule:

• Masters (18 & Over): 7:00–8:00 AM
• Red Group (Ages 13 & Over): 8:00–9:30 AM
• White Group (Ages 9–12): 9:30–10:30 AM
• Blue Group (Ages 5–8): 10:30–11:00 AM

Mini Dolphins

• Group B: 10:00–10:30 AM
• Group A: 10:30–11:00 AM

Dolphin Dash Reminder

Please remember to turn in your Dolphin Dash fundraising envelopes by Monday, July 6. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this such a fun team tradition!
