Hello Dolphins Families,

Quick schedule update for this week: there will be no practice this Friday due to the 2026 Winzenz Family Summer Splash Invitational hosted by the Chico Aquajets being held at the pool.

Please make note that Friday practice is off for all groups.

We are also still in need of a few more volunteers for our Durham Dolphins Invitational next weekend, especially runners and marshals.

Runners help move papers, results, heat sheets, and other meet information where it needs to go during the meet. This is a great job if you like to stay moving, help behind the scenes, and get a good feel for how the meet runs.

Marshals help keep swimmers safe by monitoring the deep end of the pool, helping swimmers know what the rules of the deep end are, and periodically checking the  restrooms.  This is a great spot for someone who likes being helpful, visible, and part of the meet-day flow.

Both jobs are important and a great way to support our team. No special experience is needed, and we will help you know what to do.
