Hello Dolphins Families,

We have two quick updates as we head into next week:

1. Swim Gear Swap During Practice

We will be holding a Swim Gear Swap during practice on Monday and Tuesday next week.

Seasoned swim families are encouraged to donate gently used swim items they no longer need. This is a great way to help newer swimmers and families get set up for the season.

Donated items should be in good working condition, clean, and free of tears or major wear. Items may include:

• Practice suits
• Goggles
• Caps
• Fins
• Kickboards
• Parkas or warm-up gear
• Swim bags
• Other useful swim gear

New swim families are encouraged to stop by and take what they need. No pressure, no cost, just Dolphins passing along the good stuff.

2. Volunteer Sign-Ups Needed for Upcoming Swim Meets

Our upcoming meets are just around the corner, and we need your help to make them a success. Parent and family volunteers are essential for timing, set-up, clean-up, awards, concessions, and other meet-day roles.

We currently have timer openings that need to be filled for the Durham/Oroville Dual Meet. No experience is necessary, training and guidance will be provided.

Our 50th Annual Durham Dolphins Invitational is also almost here, and we are looking for volunteers to help make this milestone event a memorable success for our swimmers, families, and visiting teams.
