💡 FLIP TURN FOCUS

Let’s Finish Strong, Dolphins!

It’s the final week of summer swim—let’s end the season with effort, focus, and fun! Whether you're racing at NVALS or just wrapping up a great season, these tips will help you swim your best.

In the Pool:

  • Fast Turns = Faster Times: Quick feet and a strong push-off in streamline can make all the difference.
  • Big Finishes: Don’t glide—race through the wall!
  • Meet Mindset: Practice like you’re racing. Swim with purpose every time you push off the wall.

Dryland Focus: Core + Power Circuit
Do this quick set at home, after practice, or before bed—2–3 times through:

  • 20-second plank
  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 superman lifts
  • 10 jump squats

Building strength helps with everything from starts and turns to your final sprint to the wall. Let’s finish the season strong—go Dolphins! 🐬💪
