Hello Durham Dolphin Pod,

I am very excited for our fall season starting TOMORROW! I have a few updates and things to note.

TIME CHANGE

There is a slight time change so I can give the most attention possible for each group. The website reflects this change as well.

6:00 - 6:30pm Blue Group (ages 5-8)

6:30 - 7:30pm White Group (ages 9-12)

6:30 - 8:00pm Red Group (ages 13-18)

AIR QUALITY

Once air quality is over 150 swim practice will be canceled. I will be checking the air quality everyday and you are welcomed to as well. An email will be sent out if practice is canceled.

THINGS TO NOTE

We are asking all parents to be in the designated parent area during practice at the picnic tables. You will still be able to see the pool. We are asking parents to stay in this area to reduce distractions to swimmers and coaching staff.

To be on the swim team, all swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards (one lap) with no breaks and with no signs of discomfort or distress. This ensures the safety for all swimmers.
