Dear Dolphin Families,

The Durham Area Swim Association (DASA) is pleased to have your kids swimming, socializing, and having fun at the pool again and we are committed to maintaining a safe training environment. A Dolphin program member has informed the DASA Board that a close family member has been exposed to an individual that has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. The family member started to show symptoms and is waiting on test results. The DASA Board has consulted with the Butte County Health Department and is taking the following precautions:

1. The Dolphin program member did not attend practice today and will continue to stay home until the family member’s test result is known to be negative.
2. Butte County Health will determine when it is safe for the individual to return if the family member tests positive.
3. All practice participants will maintain six-foot distancing at all times.
