Good evening Dolphin Pod.

We are excited and relieved to be able to provide a program this summer!  Please understand that we have worked hard to bring this program together and you will see some changes given current regulations.  Your continued patience as we navigate these regulations and how they play out for our team will be very much appreciated.

Our Summer Season will run for 6 weeks from Monday, July 6, 2020 - Friday, August 14, 2020. The time block that we have is from 7:00 - 11:00AM, Monday - Friday.  We do not have scheduled times for each swimmer currently.  Coach Brian and Coach Zinnia will be putting together the schedule once registration closes on Friday, July 3, 2020, at 11:59 PM.  The Bottlenose will have 30 minute sessions with 8 swimmers per session in the diving well while Spinner and Striped will have 60 minute sessions with 24 swimmers per session in the lanes.  There will be 4 30-minute sessions starting at 8:00AM and 3 60-minute sessions starting at 7:00AM. There will be a 15 minute window between each session.  Bottlenose sessions will be $75 per swimmer and Spinner/Striped sessions will be $125 per swimmer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Mini Dolphins or Masters this season.

Please talk with your swimmer about the fact that things at the pool will be different.  We will request that any swimmer that is sick does not come to practice. Social distancing will be required and face coverings if coming within 6 feet of another. Just to be clear: NO FACE COVERINGS IN POOL WHILE SWIMMING. Swimmers will enter at the front gate and exit at the gate at the south end of the facility (near picnic tables). Swimmers will have their temperature taken with a no touch thermometer prior to entering the facility. Check in will be required. Swimmers will be assigned to a pod that will swim in the same lane, with the same swimmers every practice. Locker rooms will not be available. Bathrooms will be available for use, one at a time. Parents will not be allowed on deck or in the pool facility.  Blue tape will mark social distancing areas and lanes in the diving well.

Given the short season, the Flex Swim Card is probably the way to go! It is $21 and will cover the Summer Season. The Premium Swim Card will be good through December of 2021, if you chose that option. Please sign up for your swim card prior to registration as you will need that to register.

Also, we will not be hosting our Team Store this Season but will be providing the tshirt and cap for swimmers upon registration so don't forget to put their tshirt size on the form!

As we move forward, there may be other requirements that come down the pike and we appreciate your willingness to help us adhere to them.  Many of these things are changing frequently and we are working to create a safe environment for swimmers to do what they love: SWIM!

We are providing a soft opening for registration tonight, Wednesday, June 24, 2020, for families that have previously been a part of the team.  Registration will open at 8:00PM at the latest tonight and will close Friday, July 3, 2020, at 11:59PM.  Refunds will only be provided until Monday, July 13, 2020.
