Dear Dolphinians et al:

While we still do not have a firm date for returning to the pool, we are hoping that we get that date soon.  In order to give us a better idea of numbers and to plan how to run practices as safely and effectively as we can, we are asking you to fill out a short google forms survey about coming back.

I am a novice at sending these things out, and figuring out these email lists so many of you are probably going to receive the email more than once.  Please only fill out the form one time.
