Dryland Training Starts Wednesday
Good evening, Fall Dolphin Pod!
We are pleased to announce the start of our Fall Dryland Training Program. Swimmers, age 11 and up, are encouraged to attend Dryland conditioning every Wednesday from 5:30-6:00pm on the old tennis court (next to the pool). Each Dryland session will include a warm-up with dynamic stretching, full-body strength and conditioning movements, and a cool-down period that prepares your swimmer for practice. The primary goals of the program include: improving swim performance through greater strength and athleticism, developing enthusiasm for maintaining a healthy lifestyle away from the pool, and building belief in oneself/teammates. We hope to see you on Wednesday!
