Good afternoon Dolphin Pod!

I thought this would be helpful for all of you to have in order to plan your days. Please realize these timelines are only estimates, so it is best to have your swimmer there with plenty of time to get to the block.

We will need 3 timers each day so please sign up to time each day! If we do not have enough timers, we will be doing time assignments in order to make sure that we have the coverage that we need for our swimmers to be able to swim.

Redding will be hot so let's make sure to stay hydrated!
