NVAL Deadline

Last call for sign ups on OME for the 2019 NVAL Championships is TONIGHT by 11:59pm!

We currently have 33 swimmers signed up, let's make it to 40! You can do 1-day or all 3! Come join the fun!

NVAL Tshirts 

We have super NVAL t-shirts designed that will be available for order/purchase. Tshirts are $15.00 each.  They will be ready for everyone to wear to NVALs! So if you want some, email me quantities and sizes: [email protected]!  Yes, parents wear them too!  Tshirt Spoiler Alert: I could do this all day!

I need to get the order to Kevin by Monday...and yes they are the nice soft comfy tshirts that were used last year.

NVAL Pool Party Dinner 

We will have a team dinner on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at the Red Lion Inn Pool.  Please RSVP so we can make sure to have the right amount of goodies for everyone!  And please come on over even if you are not staying at that particular hotel! 

NVAL Basics

Redding is hot.  Make sure that you and your swimmers stay hydrated all weekend long!  We will be there from Friday, August 2 - Sunday, August 4, at the Redding Aquatics Center at 44 Quartz Road

Warm Ups and Start Times

Friday, August 2 - Warm Up 8:30-9:45am. Meet Start 10:00am.

Saturday, August 3 - Warm Up 7:30-8:45am. Meet Start 9:00am.

Sunday, August 4 - Warm Up 7:30-8:45am. Meet Start 9:15am.
