Good Morning Dolphins! 

We just had our last dual last night and thank you to the 52 swimmers (and parents) that made the trek to Corning! Corning was thrilled as we were their largest dual to date and have already sent dates for next year in June!

2019 NVAL Championship

Championships are Friday, August 2, through Sunday, August 4, 2019. Deadline for sign up on OME is Thursday, July 25, at 11:59pm. 

It is held at the Redding Aquatic Center, 44 Quartz Road, Redding, Ca. It is a 25 Yard pool with 10 lanes. 

Swimmers must have competed in 2 Invitationals to compete at NVALs. No Time entires will not be accepted so talk with coaches for time estimates, if needed. 

The meet is pre-seeded so your swimmer will NOT need to check in for this meet. Scratch deadlines are 4pm Thursday for Friday Session, by end of Session on Friday for Saturday Session, and by end of Session on Saturday for Sunday Session. If your swimmer does not show for event, they will be scratched for individual events for the rest of the Session/day.

Warm Ups and Start Times 

Friday, August 2 - Warm Up 8:30-9:45am.  Meet Start 10:00am.

Saturday, August 3 - Warm Up 7:30-8:45am. Meet Start 9:00am.

Sunday, August 4 - Warm Up 7:30-8:45am. Meet Start 9:15am.  

End of Summer Season

NVALs officially is the end of our Summer Season. So the last practice is Thursday, August 1, 2019. 

We will take the week of August 5-9 off and start the Extended Fall Season on Monday, August 12, 2019. Extended Fall Season Registration will begin within a week. We will have a practice and meet schedule for you to review. This Fall Season will be open to all teams so we should have a pretty great mix of swimmers.

End of Summer Party

We will need to re-schedule the Party! Bummer I know. But our coaches are taking vacations during that time and we want them there to celebrate the great summer we had together. So it will not be held on August 11, and we are conferring with DRPD for another date! Keep you posted!
