Hello everyone!

We are all going to be heading up to Quincy for the Plumas Rapids Open.  It is a great meet and the facility is nice with a lot of green grass out front for pop ups. They have a pancake breakfast in the mornings usually as well.

Please be sure to sign up for timing slots so we can make sure that the meet goes smoothly for our swimmers! Really appreciate all the time you put in for our team!

We are looking at doing a hike and swim on Saturday afternoon after the meet finishes up, so let's coordinate when we are up there!

At night it is getting down to about 60 so be sure to bring some warm clothes.  By the time the swimmers hit the pool it will be in the high 60s maybe 70...oh my! Day time temps look to be around 90, so as always be sure to hydrate!
