Our Invitational is just around the corner! 

Friday, June 21 set up starts at 8:00am

Friday, June 21 warm ups 4:00pm and meet start 5:00pm

Saturday, June 22 warm ups 8:00am and meet start 9:00am 

Sunday, June 23 warm ups 8:00am and meet start 9:00am

Sunday, June 23 clean up directly after 

Please note: Warm ups are an important time for your swimmers to tune up their bodies and work with their coaches. 

Sign up 

Please go to this website https://ome.swimconnection.com/ and create a login for yourself. This is the website that you will use to sign your swimmer up for Invitationals this season. If you need help, please grab someone at the pool. If you already have your login from last year, you are good to go!

Once you are logged in, select Sierra Nevada Swimming as your Swimming Association and All as your Month. Then, select the Invitational that you would like to sign up for from the list. The site will automatically load the events that your swimmer can participate in for each day(session). 

For our Invitational, Swimmers are limited to a maximum of five (5) events per day on Saturday and Sunday; two (2) events per swimmer on Friday; for a total maximum of twelve (12) events during the meet. Relays do not count towards these event limits and are mixed age/gender so more of our swimmers can participate in these fun, team building events.

If you have questions about the meet, there is always a link for the Meet Sheet on the upper right side once you have selected an Invitational and the Meet Director’s email should be in there as well. For ours, it’s me so just shoot me an email at [email protected].  

Volunteering 

All of the slots are up on our Team Website under the Volunteer tab for the Invitational. Please make sure to head over to our site to add your volunteer slots! This is our main event for the season and one of the swimmers favorites! It’s a perfect weekend to load up on your required 12 hours. And yes, you can always do more than 12!! All that you do makes it a great success for our swimmers! Thank you in advance for making it come together!
