Hope school is in full swing and the kids are enjoying their new year!

We are wrapping up the 2018 Season and 2019 Season will be here before you know it! We are looking forward to next season and hope that you and your swimmers are too!

Annual Meeting of Membership

Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 6:00pm

Durham Memorial Hall Meeting Room

We will be going over the end of season wrap up and voting for Board membership. An Agenda will be emailed out prior to the meeting. Please RSVP on the website where you would normally sign up for dual meets/volunteer hours. It is the last event on the list.

All of the people listed are currently serving on the Board and have accepted these nominations. If you have a nomination for Board membership to be added to the ballot, please provide them to us by noon, Tuesday, September 11, 2018, or you may have a write-in option as well.

Basic info: Board meets monthly. During swim season there may be 2-4 meetings per month depending on hosted events and other Board commitments. If you have specific questions about the Board membership and time commitments, please email us or call us!

Volunteer Hours

Holly Rowe will be putting together all the volunteer hours so if you have any outstanding Hours that aren’t showing up on your account, please let her know! Checks will be deposited as of September 15, 2018, for those that provided checks in lieu of meeting the 12 hour volunteer requirement.
