Good morning!

I bet everyone is bustling around getting ready for school to start! If your swimmers are like mine...they miss swim and our swim family!!

So, let’s get together and have a party on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. We will have the private swim party from 5:30-7:00pm. DPRD has extended an invitation to our team for free public swim before and after our party from 5:00pm-5:30pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm if we would like to stay longer.

Bring a picnic dinner for your family and your favorite ice cream topping to share! We will have an ice cream bar, Coach and team awards, Dolphin Dash high earner awards, and free swim with full access to both diving boards!! Trust me, the diving board thing is a big deal! We will have lifeguards at both pools so bring everyone to have some fun!

Thank you all for a wonderful season and we looking forward to seeing you next year because life is, after all, better in the water!

P.S. The NVAL Last Splash for Carr Fire Relief was a huge success in a big way because of our Coach Brian and Haley! What a wonderful way to end the season and give back to our north state neighbors who have been devastated by the Carr Fire. While the swimmers were able to get in their last times of the season that they have tapered and worked so hard for...we were also able to raise over $5,000 (with some numbers still coming in). We may even have an opportunity with Sierra Nevada LSC to match our donation. Brings to mind a favorite quote:  Be the change you want to see in the world! Thank you to the Clarks and everyone else that made this happen!
