Quincy 

The Plumas Rapids Invitational is July 21-22, 2018, and closes tonight at 11:59pm please go to https://ome.swimconnection.com/ and sign up tonight if you would like to take your swimmers up there. It’s a fun meet and Quincy is a great area. 

The Paradise Dual 

Held at the Paradise Pool, Wednesday, July 18, 2018, please sign up for the meet on our website or the pool by noon, July 18. Please sign up for timing chairs as well!

The NVAL Championships 

Will be July 27-29, 2018, and entry closes July 19, 2018 at 11:59pm. Sign up on OME (link above).  We have a discount rate of $109/night at Red Lion Inn on Hilltop in Redding and will have a pizza party on Saturday night for our Dolphin Pod. We are also working on special NVAL tshirts that will be available to order for those interested in purchasing them. Championships are a great opportunity for your swimmers to end the season on a high note! 

Swimmers need only have participated in 2 competitive meets to be eligible for NVALS. Different from years past, Friday session is a morning start time of 10:00am.

Entry Limits: 10 & under swimmers may compete in up to 2 individual events on Friday plus relays, and 3 individual events per day on Saturday/Sunday plus relays, with a maximum of 8 individual events for the meet plus relays. 11-18 swimmers may compete in a maximum of 9 individual events plus relays.
