The NVAL Championships are July 27-29, 2018. You can sign up on OME and the deadline is Thursday, July 19, 2018, at 11:59pm. https://ome.swimconnection.com/ This year it is being held at the Redding Aquatic Center.

We host a pizza party at the pool on Saturday night for our Dolphin Pod and look forward to a great finish of the season for our Dolphins at Championships!
